Mobile Notary Service
With mobile notary service, the notary public travels to you! Have your document signatures notarized at a date, time and location of your convenience. A travel charge is in addition to Texas notary fees.
Online Notarization
With online notarization, you can remotely appear before the online notary public to have your signature digitally notarized on your uploaded documents. A webcam and microphone are required for this service.
Signing Agent Service
This is a contracted service. The Notary Signing Agent is the liaison between the escrow company and the signer facilitating the real estate loan document signing process. I am trained, screened, and certified by the National Notary Association.
I-9 Form Verification
This is a non-notarial contracted service. The employer must first authorize me to act as their agent. I will meet with the remote hire to review the I-9 Form and examine the employee provided documentation to establish identity and employment authorization and complete Section 2 of the I-9 form.
